  • On the page that opens, click on the type of transaction you’re trying to get help with, Options there include Airtime, top-up, electricity, TV, transfer to bank account and transfer to Opay account.
  • Now once you click, please read and clicik on the specific issue you’re facing.
  • Now a page will open to fill in the transaction transaction details, just select the transaction ID, screenshot of the transaction receipt whether successful or unsuccessful, then describe what you’re facing, then submit.
  • After submitting, it will take from 10 mins to about an hour max to get a reply, once you’ve been replied, your request maybe solved immediately or you maybe asked more questions and you can now chat with them.
  • Just note that this is not an instant chat, so always give them time and don’t always expect an immediate response.
