How to login to Palmpay
- If you’re already logged into a palmpay account on your phone, then you’ll have to logout of that first.
- Open your palmpay application and look at the bottom right corner, you’ll see “Me”, click on it.
- On the “Me” page, look at the top right corner, you’ll see a circular icon that has six sides, that’s the settings icon, click on it.
- Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “logout”.

- if you’re using “Auto logout”, on your account security, then you don’t need to follow above steps, because once you close your palmpay application, it will automatically log you out.
- Once you open the app, all you need to do is instead of putting either your fingerprint or your password/PIN, check the top right corner and clicik on “switch account”, it will take you to the page where you can put another phone number and login.
For Merchants
If you’re a palmpay merchant, then you don’t have to follow the above, just click any of these links to login to your palmpay merchant account to carry out any activity you wish to do.
